To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

The Safety, Ethics & Compliance HelpLine (“the HelpLine”) was created for the confidential reporting of safety, ethics and compliance concerns. The HelpLine provides all employees an opportunity to speak up, including anonymously, if desired, about unsafe, unethical or harmful situations. It does not change, however, existing procedures for employees in certain operational workgroups with specific reporting systems (ex. ASAP, FACTS, FCR, etc.).

Unsafe, illegal or unethical acts can harm employees, customers or Delta Flight Products company interests and assets. All employees can help maintain Delta Flight Product’s reputation and integrity by speaking up about unsafe, unethical or harmful situations with a manager or supervisor and if the employee wishes to report the concern anonymously, the 24-hour toll-free HelpLine (1-855-867-7895) is a valuable tool to ensure concerns are reported and channeled to leaders.

Examples of work-related unsafe, unethical, illegal or irresponsible activity:

  • Creating or ignoring safety hazards
  • Violations of law or regulations
  • Insider trading
  • Accounting or auditing irregularities
  • Use, sale or transportation of illegal drugs
  • Theft, fraud or abuse of company assets or employee benefits
  • Destroying or falsifying company records
  • Physically harming or harassing others
  • Ticket, credit card or SkyMiles fraud
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Information leaks
  • Vandalism or sabotage

The HelpLine supports Delta Flight Product’s commitment to providing a safe and secure operation - Delta Flight Product’s first and most fundamental obligation to our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. Delta Flight Products firmly believes that no level of harm is acceptable to anyone as a cost of doing business.

Delta Flight Products has selected EthicsPoint, a third-party hotline provider, to host the HelpLine and provide you with a simple way to report activities that may involve unsafe, unethical or harmful situations, or violations of company policy. Reports submitted through the HelpLine will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter.

Reports to the HelpLine can be anonymous (unless prohibited by law), whether you choose to identify yourself and report anonymously, EthicsPoint and Delta Flight Products are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit reports. Due to the nature of certain claims, Delta Flight Products may be limited with respect to the action(s) it may be able to take in response to a report if the individual submitting the report does not wish to make his or her identity known.

Delta Flight Products policy strictly prohibits the taking of any retaliatory action against individuals who make a good faith disclosure of suspected financial or other misconduct, or violations of policy.
